Garbage and Trash Pickup

Our Days are Wednesday and Saturday

WEDNESDAY

Garbage & Vegetation

Vegetation to be kept at the side of your home until 5:00 PM Tuesday

SATURDAY

Garbage, Recycle and Bulk (No vegetation)

Note: Please do not bring your items to the curb before 5:00 PM the day before collection.

Please keep tree limbs etc. inside or alongside of home until 5:00 PM the day before picking up.

Bring the cans and bins back to the home after picking up ASAP or by 5:00 PM.

Place cans and recycle bins on side of driveway away from Mail Box.

Bulk Items

Discarded furniture and appliances as well as other household items including toilets, bathtubs, water softeners, and similar household goods that will not fit into a standard garbage can is collected twice a week and may be placed curbside with your regular household trash.

For safety reasons please remove or seal doors on refrigerators, freezers, washers and dryers before placing them outside for collection so that children cannot crawl inside and become trapped.

All mirrors, glass doors glass table tops, pane glass windows, etc., must be broken up and containerized in solid containers ( No plastic bags ). Container and contents must weigh less than 50 pounds. Do not mix bulk items with vegetation.

Debris from minor home repairs such as replacing a rotten piece of trim or a broken tile, construction debris is limited to 2 cubic yards per collection day ( Equal to a standard size refrigerator) and must follow the 50/50 rule. Debris must be containerized in standard 32-50-gallon cans or sealed plastic bags. Containers and contents can weigh no more than 50 pounds. Carpeting must be cut to 4-foot lengths, rolled up and weigh less than 50 pounds.

Except for carpeting, any construction debris from minor home repairs that is placed upon the ground and not containerized will not be collected.

The spaces between the homes are private property owned by the bordering residents. There have been some complaints about people trespassing on those areas. There are 2 official entrance ways to reach the lake and they are shown below in red. Please respect your neighbors and use them
