HOA COMMITTEE NEWS - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL MEMBERS

If any of you are interested in serving on any committees, please e-mail me back with your contact information and the types of committee(s) you would be interested in serving on. We have a lot of things that we need to accomplish and can use all the help we can get.

IRRIGATION

When you have a service request for irrigation, please continue to call Shannon Koorse at Residential Management at (954) 426-0151. They will forward the request to the Sprinkler company and track the job completions. If you have a broken sprinkler head , please be specific as possible as to the location of the head and if they are not visible please mark it with a flag, post or cloth so the irrigation company can locate it. The irrigation company batches repair orders and performs periodic maintenance checks on system performance.

the Irrigation is a community system and individual homeowners must not adjust or change the system. All materials that are put into the street storm  drains flow to our lakes and are then sprayed onto our lawns.
